About our classes
Learn and apply the basic chocolate and confectionery arts techniques. This 5-day course will allow the student to acquire the essential chocolate-making techniques to make the most-used and popular ganache’s, pralines as well as confectionery’s. For a personal and unique approach, the skills acquisition is achieved through practical learning in a small group workshop.
Learning Outcomes:
At the end of this course, you will be able to
- Master essential chocolate-making techniques, including the creation of ganache’s, pralines, and other various confections.
- Apply learned skills practically in a small-group workshop setting for personalized learning.
