Learn MoreAlthough the duration of the French Pastry Arts Essential course was not long, I gained a lot of knowledge throughout the study period. I got to work simultaneously alongside the chefs, learning from their working experience, which I found very helpful. I was particularly impressed with the extra curriculum activities provided by the school. Whether helping with the chef’s table or being an assistant in the short classes, these are valuable learning opportunities that École Ducasse Nai Lert Bangkok Studio provides its students with which not only give us real-life experience but allow us to explore the direction in which we want to focus.

What an Amazing sanctuary away from the city buzz!! Just a 5 minute walk from central embassy mall and you are in this beautiful relaxing greenery away from all the street noise. Great place to switch off and have a nice coffee and pastry or dessert! Lovely place! Absolutely recommended!

I love this place so much! It is filled with greenery, nature and beautiful architecture. You feel so tranquil as you walk into the space and the cafe is fantastic too. I especially loved the ice chocolate and almond croissant (that was warm!). Many friends have said the quiche, coffee and raspberry cheesecake are delicious too!

Fabulous bakery and cafe on the grounds of the soon to open Aman Nai Lert. Fantastic collaboration between Alain Ducasse and Lek Nai Lert to open this bakery in the middle of the most beautiful gardens of Bangkok. Everything from interiors to service and of course taste is spot on. I highly recommend the hot chocolate, iced mocha, citron tarte, goats cheese quiche and the pain au chocolat.
Not to forget, this is also a pastry/culinary school with short and long courses in savouries and sweets. The chefs are trained by Mr Ducasse himself and will teach at this pastry school. Short courses are usually few hours long. Long courses are up to a couple of months- a must try in Bangkok! Last tip- since it's very new, I recommend you go prior to 3pm as lots of baked goods are sold out by the latter part of the day.
