At the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Explore advanced culinary techniques, such as smoking, drying and marinated
- Known pastry & cooking techniques such as dough, cream, ganache, savory & sweet mousse
- Master the culinary preparations of sweet and savory cocktails bites both hot & cold
- Develop your creativity with different combinations, textures & ingredients as well as presentation styles
- Produce around 25 different canapes sweet & savory
- Learn buffet presentation techniques to create stunning displays
