Step into the world of classic European entremets in this refined pastry class. You’ll learn to create two stunning, layered desserts: the iconic Black Forest Cake, featuring rich chocolate sponge, cherry compote, and whipped cream; and a delicate Strawberry Charlotte, built with airy ladyfingers, light mousse, and fresh berries.
Learning outcomes:
At the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Assembling multi-component desserts with clean, professional finishes
- Preparing stable whipped creams, fruit compotes, and mousses , molding, layering, and decorating for elegant presentation , flavor pairing and textural balance in layered cakes.
