- Mango Tart ( Almond cream based sponge , Vanilla cream , Mango compote )

- Tiramisu Tart ( coffee almond sponge, Coffee-Chocolate cream, Mascarpone chantilly)
March (30-3-2025):
- Montblanc tart with blackcurrant compote
