Learning Outcome:

At the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Explore advanced culinary techniques, such as smoking, drying and marinated

  • Known pastry & cooking techniques such as dough, cream, ganache, savory & sweet mousse

  • Master the culinary preparations of sweet and savory cocktails bites both hot & cold

  • Develop your creativity with different combinations, textures & ingredients as well as presentation styles

  • Produce around 25 different canapes sweet & savory

  • Learn buffet presentation techniques to create stunning displays
