Step into the world of artisan baking with our immersive hands-on class designed for passionate home bakers and aspiring professionals alike. In this full-day workshop, you’ll master a variety of classic French viennoiseries and Mediterranean-inspired breads, learning essential techniques behind laminated doughs, enriched brioches, and rustic loaves.
Learning outcomes:
At the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Master the techniques of preparing dough including laminating for Croissant and shaping for pain au lait.
- Experiment with flavor variations and toppings to enhance each pastry or bread, such as adding herbs and olive oil for focaccia or chocolate chips for Pain au Chocolate.
