Day 1
- Pain au Lait ( Milk bread )
- Foccacia
- Brioche feuilletee
- Plain scones with Jam
Day 2
- Lemon cake with lemon curd
- Amandine Tartlets
- Red fruits cheese cake
- Vanilla – caramel choux
Duration: 23 – 24 August 2025 2 day ( 9.00-16.00 )
