2.1 Develop expertise in key techniques such as boiling, grilling, steaming, stir-frying, deep-frying, and salad making to create a variety of authentic Thai dishes.
2.2 Learn the role of essential Thai herbs like lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime, and coriander roots in enhancing aroma and flavor.
3. Perfect the Art of Thai Presentation: Enhance your plating and buffet presentation skills using traditional Thai techniques, ensuring visually stunning and appetizing dishes.
4. Create Iconic Thai Dishes
4.1 Cook a range of classic Thai dishes, including: Curries (Green curry, Massaman curry, Panang, Khao Soi)
4.2 Soup (Tom Yum, Tom Kha Gai)
4.3 Salad (Som TUm, Yum Talay)
4.4 Dips & Pastes (Nam Prik, Jaew)
4.5 Street Food Favourites (Pad Thai, Grilled Meats, Thai Omelet)
2.Course: Culinary Arts Diploma

Time : 7.00 – 13.00 hrs
Duration : 20 weeks + Optional 3 month of internship
