1. Payment and Refund Policy – All fees and expenses paid to École Ducasse Nai Lert Bangkok Studio are non-refundable, including the Application Fee, Tuition Fee, Uniform Fee, Equipment/Tool Kits Fee, and any other related fees, except as expressly provided in Clause 11 below.
2.Payment Terms – Unless otherwise specified, applicants must pay the full amount of the applicable class or program fee at least forty-five (45) days before the class starts date to secure their place in the class.
3.As a courtesy to other students and to ensure the smooth operation of the class, participants who arrive more than fifteen (15) minutes late may be denied entry to the class. In such cases, the related class fee will be forfeited, and no refund or compensation will be provided.
4.The school reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel a participant’s training at any time if the participant is, or appears to be, under the influence of alcohol or drugs. In such cases, all related class fees will be forfeited.
5.Dress Code and Safety – For safety reasons, participants must not wear flowing long-sleeved tops, short shorts, high heels, or open-toed footwear during practical classes. Long hair must be tied back. Participants must comply with all applicable safety requirements and instructions provided by the school.
6.Conduct and Compliance – Participants must follow all school rules, regulations, and safety guidelines. A participant who fails to comply with such requirements or behaves in a manner that is disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to themselves or others may be denied participation in the class or have their training cancelled by the school. In such cases, all related class fees will be forfeited.
7.Photography and Video Recording – Unless otherwise stated, participants grant the school permission to photograph and/or record them during classes and activities on the school premises. Participants acknowledge and agree that such photographs and/or recordings may be used in the school’s communication, promotional, advertising, and marketing materials and channels.
8.Food Taken Off Premises – The school shall not be responsible or liable for food taken off the school premises and shared with other parties. Participants are responsible for the proper handling, storage, and transportation of any food taken off the premises.
9.Liability for Injury or Property Damage – The school shall not be responsible or liable for any costs, losses, damages, injuries, accidents, or loss of or damage to property arising from a participant’s negligence or failure to exercise reasonable care, whether such incident occurs inside or outside the school premises.
10.The school reserves the right to make necessary changes to the class, including changes to products, ingredients, instructors, schedules, class content, or other arrangements, due to circumstances such as product availability, operational requirements, or health and safety precautions. If significant changes are made prior to the class date, the school will make reasonable efforts to notify participants accordingly.
11.If École Ducasse Nai Lert Bangkok Studio is unable to provide or continue to provide the classes due to circumstances attributable to the school, the school may, at its discretion, either: provide a proportional refund of the Tuition Fee only for the portion of the classes that the school is unable to provide; or provide make-up classes or alternative classes to compensate for the classes that cannot be provided, as deemed appropriate by the school.
No refund shall be provided for any other fees or expenses, including but not limited to the Application Fee, Uniform Fee, Equipment/Tool Kits Fee, or any other related fees. The applicable refund or alternative class arrangement shall be notified to the participant in writing.
12.False or Misleading Information – Applicants or participants who provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information that may be harmful to themselves, other students, the school, or the delivery of the class may be disqualified from attending the class. In such cases, all related class fees will be forfeited.
