About our classes
This 3-hours course explores the art of pairing wine with the complex flavors of Thai cuisine. Participants will learn how to enhance their dining experience by selecting the perfect wines by knowing the special grape varieties matching with the spicy, sweet, sour and salty elements of Thai Dishes. The course will include tasting of 8 different wines carefully selected to pair with a variety of Thai dishes. At the end of this course, you will receive a certificate of completion by Ecole Ducasse Nai Lert Bangkok.
