During this 1-day, our pastry chef will teach you the essentials’ technics in pastry to create one tart & one entremets!
Learning outcomes:
- Realize a sponge cake
- Create a chocolate mousse & Chantilly cream
- Make tart shell, lemon cream & Italian Meringue
- Prepare some chocolate decorations
