(English) The Intensive Bakery Snacking Arts program is a hands-on, immersive course designed to elevate and learn the basics of the bakery snacking universe.
Over the course of 5 day, participants will make and explore a variety of breads and ingredients to create innovative and delicious Burger, Bagels, Fajitas, Pizza, Kebab, sandwiches…
This program is perfect for food enthusiasts, culinary students as well as anyone looking to expand their culinary skills with creative and flavorful snacks.
You will apply traditional and modern techniques and discover the secret of snacking.
Learning Outcomes:
- – Gain a deep understanding of the ingredients used in different types of bread and their roles in the baking process such as Pain au lait, Bagels, Pizza Dough, Focaccia, Buns, Wraps, Baguette, Sourdough Multi Grain, Pita, White Bread
- – Baking techniques: Master a variety of baking techniques, including kneading, proofing, shaping, and baking.
- – Creativity and Flavor Pairing: Develop creativity in flavor pairing and topping combinations for various bread types for snacking.
- – Time Management: Learn to manage time efficiently in the kitchen, from dough preparation to final presentation.
- – Culinary Confidence: Build confidence in baking and creating delicious snacks from scratch.
