About our classes

Join our Bakery & Viennoiseries class to learn baking basics. Our chefs will teach you to make perfect laminated dough, chocolate pastries, croissant and more. Discover bread-making secrets and have fun baking.

Learning outcomes:

At the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Master the techniques of preparing dough including laminating for Croissant and Pain au Chocolat and shaping for Pain au lait.
  • Experiment with flavor variations and toppings to enhance each pastry or bread, such as adding herbs and olive oil for focaccia or chocolate chips for Pain au Chocolat.
