February (16-02-2025): 

  • Apple streusel with vanilla-rum custard sauce
  • Frozen Grand Marnier Souffle

March (23-03-2025):

  • Pain Perdu ( Brioche French Toast ) with Mango-Passion fruits sorbet , Caramel sauce
