- Pain au Lait ( Milk bread )
- Foccacia
- Brioche feuilletee
- Plain scones with Jam
- Lemon cake with lemon curd , Vanilla whipped ganache, crispy meringue
- Amandine Tartlets
- Vanilla diamants
- Vanilla – caramel choux
