This course is a deep dive into the art of frozen desserts, blending classic techniques with modern creativity. Inspired by the World Ice Cream Champion (M.O.F), you will learn to craft elegant and flavorful frozen delights, from sorbets to gelato, with a focus on balance, texture, and presentation. Perfect for those who wish to master the refined world of artisanal ice creams and frozen confections.

At the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Master Frozen Dessert Techniques – Learn the secrets behind gelato, sorbet, and iced confections, including proper churning, freezing, and textural adjustments.
- Create Signature Creations – Craft exquisite frozen treats such as Surprise Pineapple, Iced Nougat, and Frosted Lemon & Orange, with a perfect balance of flavors.
- Refine Presentation & Garnishing – Elevate your desserts with sophisticated plating techniques that enhance visual appeal.
- Understand Ingredient Pairings – Learn how to pair fruits, dairy, and flavor infusions to create well-balanced frozen desserts.
- Experiment with Temperature & Texture – Achieve the ideal consistency for sorbets, gelatos, and iced treats, ensuring a smooth and indulgent mouthfeel.
