About our classes
Introduce your teenage children to the vast world of culinary delights through engaging and hands-on cooking classes, igniting their passion for food and nurturing their culinary skills in a fun and interactive environment.
Learning outcomes:
● Learn how to prepare and apply a marinade or dry rub to pork ribs to enhance flavor and tenderness.
● Understand the process of boiling potatoes to the right texture for smashing and how to achieve a desirable consistency.
● Acquire skills in properly melting chocolate without burning or seizing.
