Learning Outcomes:
At the end of the course, you will be able to:
- Develop expertise in preparing choux pastry dough and proper piping technique
- Learn to prepare various fillings and understand the techniques
- Understand the principles of flavor pairing and balancing also the creativity to decorate and garnish the pastries
