About our classes
This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the world of sake, covering its production methods, categories, styles as well as the best temperature to serve & store its. Participants will taste 8 different premium sakes paired with international food and will learn about a simple system approach of tasting. At the end of this course, you will receive a certificate of completion by Ecole Ducasse Nai Lert Bangkok.
Learning outcomes:
- Learn the basics of sake production, including the role rice, water, koji & yeast
- Identify different categories & styles of sake including sake labelling
- Develop the ability to describe & evaluate sake using sensory analysis techniques
- Explore the principles of sake pairing with international food
- Known the principles temperatures of serving and store sakes
