About our classes
Join our Bakery & Viennoiseries class to learn baking basics. Our chefs will teach you to make perfect laminated dough, chocolate pastries, and more. Discover bread-making secrets and have fun baking
Learning outcomes:
● Develop foundational baking skills by mastering techniques common to all recipes, such as dough preparation, shaping, proofing, and baking
● Explore the versatility of dough by working with different recipes, from enriched dough like chocolate brioche to lean dough like ciabatta
