About our classes
Join our Bakery & Viennoiseries class to learn baking basics. Our chefs will teach you to make perfect laminated dough, chocolate pastries, and more. Discover bread-making secrets and have fun baking.
Learning Outcomes:
At the end of this course, you will be able to:
Master the techniques of preparing dough including laminating for Croissant and shaping for pain au lait.
Experiment with flavor variations and toppings to enhance each pastry or bread, such as adding herbs and olive oil for focaccia or chocolate chips for Pain au Chocolat.
