Participants will learn to create a variety of sweet treats perfect for enjoying with tea. you’ll discover how to make elegant desserts such as financiers, madeleines and pastries that will elevate any tea gathering.
Learning outcomes:
Explore the diversity of textures and flavors of each baked good, from the caramelized crust and custardy interior of Canneles to the tender crumb of Madeleines and the fudgy richness of Brownies.
