Experience the joy of collaboration and culinary creativity with a “4 hands” cooking class, where pairs of participants work together to prepare delicious dishes under the guidance of expert chefs.
Learning Outcomes:
- Properly season and roast chicken to achieve optimal flavor and texture and composing a balanced and visually appealing salad.
- Acquire cutting skills on the kitchen
- Learn fundamental baking techniques including creaming butter and sugar, measuring ingredients accurately, and achieving the desired cookie texture
